For the Cupcake

  • 3/4 loving cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • one/4 teaspoon blistering pulverization
  • 1 large egg
  • ii tablespoons peanut butter
  • ii tablespoons oil
  • one/iv cup applesauce unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons honey

For the Frosting

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping foam

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 6-inch round block pan (or a ix×5-inch bread pan) with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Stir flour, blistering soda, blistering powder, peanut butter, oil, applesauce, egg and beloved. Pour into pans. Bake 20-30 minutes, until browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out make clean. Absurd completely before frosting.

  • To make frosting: trounce heavy whipping foam until stiff peaks form.

  • Frost cake as desired. You tin double the frosting recipe and torte the cake (cutting the block in half horizontally) to brand it a 2-layer cake.
